What is included in my costume package?

Is J’ouvert included in my costume package?
Masqueraders have access to exclusive discounted pricing on J’ouvert packages.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Costumes are made for each individual; and will only be released upon full payment.  Failure to pay costume in full by payment deadline will be considered forfeiture.  Your deposit is non-refundable.  All sales are final.

Can someone collect my costume on my behalf?
Yes, you will need to provide us with the full name and photo of the individual you authorize to pick up your costume.  Make sure they bring a government issued photo ID with them at time of pick-up. 

When do I collect my costume?
The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders, posted to our website and advertised on all of our social media channels. Private sections may have different distribution dates.

I missed my collection date – when can I pick up my costume package?
Please email us at info@unrulymasband.com to make arrangements. 

When is my final payment due?
All balances must be paid on or before 5/9/2025.  

Can I make partial payments towards my costume?
Yes, you can make partial payments.

Do you accept payment via PayPal/CashApp?
No. You must use a credit or debit card. 

Where does the band meet?
The starting point is TBD however, an email will be sent out with all information needed.

I have on my costume, why do I have to wear my wristband?
Your security band identifies you as a member of Unruly Mas and also provides you with all of the amenities covered under your costume package. Please keep the band secure and do not remove the band unless requested.

I signed up for one section, but now I have changed my mind. Can I switch sections?
No, section changes will not be permitted.

My family/friends are registered in a different section. Can we stay together on the road?
Yes, however all masqueraders must get in their respective section in order to cross the stage.  This is for judging purposes. Once judging is over, you are free mingle with all the other sections.

Can my husband / wife / friend(s) jump in the band?
UMB only allows paying masqueraders to jump in the band.  Non-masqueraders may observe from the side-lines outside the band, however they will not be allowed to participate.
