Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, costumes are custom made to your size request, therefore Unruly Mas does not issue refunds.

All payments made are final and non-refundable. In the event that you cannot attend carnival or carnival is canceled by no fault of Unruly Mas (any act of god, infectious diseases, venue issues, permit issues, etc.), refunds are not issued. By purchasing an Unruly Mas costume, you agree that all payments made are non-refundable.
